Taste the unique Colombian Finca Granja Paraíso 92 , sourced from Piendamó, Cauca , and produced by Wilton Benitez at an altitude of 1550-1800 meters. This washed coffee undergoes an innovative fermentation process, resulting in a refined flavor.
Finca Paraíso-92 uses advanced cultivation techniques such as terrace cultivation and drip irrigation, resulting in a complex, balanced coffee that reflects the quality and expertise of this award-winning farm.

Selecting the right coffee beans requires the time and attention of our roasters and beankeepers. Together with head roaster Pieter Claes, they determine which coffee beans we like to serve to our guests.
The Roastery
All our coffee beans are freshly roasted weekly at The Roastery, in the heart of Leuven. Here, we inspect the quality of the green beans, roast fully electric, cup to refine the flavor palette, and package and ship the coffee to you and our bars.
You can visit The Roastery from Monday to Saturday for a coffee, advice on the right coffee machine, or for one of our lab workshops.
