Ceremonial matcha is the highest quality, meaning you can drink it neat to fully appreciate its unique flavor and aroma, or you can add (plant-based) milk for a creamy twist.
One of our finest products, this super-premium, single-origin, first-harvest tea comes from a small farm in Uji. For the best and most authentic tea experience, we recommend using a bamboo whisk to whisk the tea into a perfect cup.

As coffee roasters, we know that good matcha requires time and attention. That's why we partner with YOON Matcha, which uses high-quality matcha from Japan. This matcha, sourced directly from the Uji region, is rich in chlorophyll, which gives it its bright green color and contributes to detoxification and healthy skin.
In addition, matcha is packed with antioxidants, boosts your metabolism, improves your focus, promotes relaxation and provides a long-lasting energy boost throughout your day.
From leaf to powder
Besides quality, the processing method also plays a major role. To optimally preserve flavor and nutrients, the young tea leaves are carefully steamed, dried, and traditionally ground in stone mills. This slow grinding process prevents heat buildup and preserves the smooth, umami-rich flavor that characterizes good matcha.
By whisking the powder thoroughly in hot water, you drink the entire leaf, providing more natural nutrients than regular green tea. The result is a creamy, balanced drink with a subtle sweetness and a pleasantly smooth finish.
